Hike Of Awesome

I ain't a hiker just for a hikes sake. Never have. Always felt like if I was gonna go for a sweaty ass walk up, then the down better be worth it. Last weekend we went up to the cabin and ended up hiking...Saturday, followed the kids up a creek bed behind for over an hour and a half, exploring and what not. Shit was awesome. Next day, a 4.5 mile drive up a mountain road, into the wilderness, then a 2.5 mile hike into the woods to a mountain lake. Both days changed my view on this activity. Me likey now...

Boar on the other hand is too old to hike, he sleeps.
