Man oh man am I sore today. Pulled a Arnold Swatzinigga and did a
Total Recall of the mini ramp we got last year. Here's the finished product.
This is what I bought off of Craigslist last year for four bills. "Wicked tight trannys" is what Hor Hey told me.
Got it set up in the back yard with all good intentions of getting things level and correct. Of course it sat there for almost a year like this. All jenky and shit. But the kids ripped on it regardless.
Saturday morning, Milo and I got to work diss-assembling the entire deal.
Rebuilt it from ground up. First step was building a sturdy base that's level.
Mac didn't give a shit and picked his nose the entire time.
Recut the trannys on some 2 brand new "found" 3/4" sheets of plywood.
Reused all the wood.
Looking tite.
Added another layer of plywood to it. Now got to install the masonite.
Frank with a little tail stall. His Dad just put one in his backyard and kinda inspired us to get our shit in order. Keeping up with the Jones.
frank gots that lazy style; he's no ramp robot!
ReplyDeleteMaking the rest of the dads out there look bad, must be up for best dad award. Looks good.
ReplyDeleteFranks got some pretty good steez in person. Definitly not a robot, but style.
ReplyDeleteNot out for Dad of the year Forrest, just trying to pull our trailer park family out of the trailer park with that old ramp and make one that suites them fauna. Benny suggested that at a minimum a mini ramp should be 16' wide etc. "Yea, spend about $1000 in ramp supplies. That ain't nothing." Yea right Ben.
Hell yeah. Looks real clean. When can I come over for lessons from Milo?
