Spring Break

My room mate "Sparky" from Salem State came out this past week with his two rats Ryann and Jake for a family get together hoe down. It's pretty damn fun to share times on the hill again since we used to shred the hell out of Tenny Mountain, NH way back when. Sparky's family had a house at the mountain and pretty much every weekend we were there skiing and then snowboarding thru out our 5 year college stint. I credit his family for letting me be part of theirs during that time for getting so stoked on mountain life. So it's pretty rad that 25 years later we can share our place with his family and continue that stoke. Especially when there was 36" of pow on Thursday, a couple more new inches on Friday and that made for a great start of the vaca pow turns. Then Saturday and Sunday the sun came into town and it was a park fiesta. Every afternoon the shovel's would come out and Skull Mountain got put thru the ringer with progression session after progression session. All while Sparks and I shovelled to the tune of Sessions beers going down the throats. The 2nd annual Hoe Down Throw Down was on Sunday and three of them cleaned up in slopestyle. Mac would of gotten something had we entered him but Wiener gave the competition another year to enjoy his wrath.
